Mold/Lead Remediation
Adept specializes in mold and lead assessment, testing, and remediation services to include water restoration, flood cuts and emergency response. Adept conducts full abatement and extraction of mold, lead, and water damaged materials, to include: dehumidification, finish work, odor remediation, and floor/drywall reinstallation.
Demolition
Adept provides selective interior demolition, as well as complete exterior demolition of one and/or two story structures. State and county demolition protocols and requirements are strictly adhered to.
Hazmat
Adept maintains a hazmat certified team and equipment to conduct hazardous material clean up and to compelte hazardous waste projects to include but not limited to: confined space entry, underground/above ground tank clean out or removal, bolidy trauma and bio-hazard clean up, fuel spill clean up, mercury spill clean up, etc.
Remodels
We specialize in renovation and building maintenance including deep cleansing and apartment/tenant clean outs. Our construction and remodel experience includes replacement and installation of: decks, kitchens, bathrooms, drywall, finishing, texture and painting of residential and commercial properties.
Flooring
Professional removal and/or installation, and repair of various floor types including: vct, ceramic, carpet, wood flooring in residential and commercial applications.
